Our Story

The Bennett story began in 2017 when an abandoned foreclosed property in Pittsburgh, PA was transformed into an acclaimed, world class, short term rental property. The success of 7622 Bennett Street was the blueprint of all subsequent properties included in the Bennett Street Portfolio today. Our founder Andre Akeem Simon relocated to New Jersey in 2020 and continued the transformation of properties to experiences.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It wasn’t hard to navigate to the city at all. The apartment was clean and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend for a nice get away to the city!

  The Simon Stays property in Newark is nothing short of amazing and spectacular. Andre left no stones unturned. Snacks, stocked pantry, full-size toiletries, garment steamer! And I won’t forget the heated toilet seats in every restroom and bidets. I cannot stop marveling at the consideration and thought put into this property. Definitely will stay again!!!

Our family of 10 adults and 1 child stayed at Andre and Maria bnb..

The best air bnb we have stayed in by far!

3 floors plenty of beds WELL equipped kitchens etc they have thought of absolutely everything and a beautiful outside area and drive in garage..

Very close to Newark Airport and train to NY city and the Staton island ferry..

Andre was always there to communicate with you.

5 star review for our family..
