The Bennett I Cambodian Oasis is located on the first and second floor of a two-family townhouse. There is one flight of stairs with approximately 12 steps to enter. There is a separate unit with its own private entrance on the ground floor.

For everyone safety, no visitors or parties are allowed on the property. Guests found violating these rules will be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. There are security cameras located on the exterior front and back of the building.

Free street parking is usually available on or within 2 streets from the property. Please note, street cleaning is observed in our neighborhood between 1pm-3pm on the following days:
• Left side of the street on Monday & Thursday
• Right side of the street on Tuesday & Friday
Please be sure to read the signs and move your vehicle onto the correct side daily, during the street cleaning times to avoid getting a ticket! You cannot park for the 3-hour window within 1-3pm unless you're on the non-street cleaning day side.
