The Bennett I African Oasis is located across two floors. There is one flight of stairs with approximately 3 steps to enter the ground floor (2beds,0.5 bath). There are 12 steps to enter floor 1 (3beds,2baths). For everyone safety, no visitors or parties are allowed on the property. Guests found violating these rules will be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. There are security cameras located on the exterior front, side and back of the building.

Private parking is available, up to 2 cars can park in the private two-car garage. Free street parking is usually available on the same street as the property.
